Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Our staff will require approximately two business days to pack and ship your online orders from time of purchase.  We offer full tracking for our shipments, but cannot guarantee the delivery dates (unless time critical shipping services are purchased) and all orders are subject to product availability.  Please contact us if you have any time-sensitive orders and we will try our best to accommodate you.  Regretfully we are not shipping internationally for now.  

Our default shipping method is via UPS ground service unless you specify otherwise at the time of purchase. We hope to offer expedited shipping services in the future such as next day and 2nd day air, but are unable to at the moment. 

 

PROCESSING / PACKING TIME

  • In stock orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the same or next business day (Monday though Friday) for standard and expedited shipping.
  • In stock orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the next or following business day (Monday through Friday) for standard and expedited shipping.
  • In stock orders received on a non-business day including holidays will be shipped on the next business day for standard and expedited shipping. 
  • Our regular business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are unable to ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Holiday, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.  If you have any concerns regarding when your order will arrive, please contact us at (212) 677-1982 or wecare@osarany.com.
We may need to contact you to verify your order and shipping information. Please consider that even expedited shipping services may require additional time to complete the verification process.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes with UPS Ground and UPS Expedited shipments as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to process orders with international shipping addresses via this website for now.  However, we can ship to a domestic/international freight forwarder of your choice located within the US if you require that your order be shipped internationally.  (We have customers in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and the Caribbean who ask us to ship to their freight forwarders regularly.)

 
SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will apply to shipments to addresses located within the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
